Hello! My name is Myroslava Ilkiv and I am an ISSA certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in fitness and healthy living.

    Personal training usually starts with a short consultation to assess your fitness goals and current health. First of all, a warm-up is performed to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout. The main workout is adapted to your individual needs, whether it's strength training, cardio, or flexibility work. I show you the exercises, correct your technique, and motivate you throughout the workout. After the workout, we do a stretching session for better recovery. The session usually lasts 45-60 minutes and focuses on your progress and correct technique.

  • How often should I train to see results?

    To see results, I usually recommend training 2-3 times a week. This allows your body to adapt to the exertion and provides sufficient recovery time. However, the frequency of training can vary depending on your goals, fitness level, and individual needs.

  • Is nutrition important during training?

    Yes, nutrition is extremely important in the training process. It provides your body with the energy it needs and helps you recover from physical activity. The right diet supports progress and improves training results.

  • What are the features of online training?

    Online training sessions are conducted via video, which allows you to train more conveniently from the comfort of your home. I'm always in touch to correct your technique, provide support, and motivate you during the sessions. We work on your goals, taking into account your level of training.

  • What kind of training do you offer for posture correction?

    I create an individualized program that includes exercises to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles, as well as stretching for your chest and shoulders. We will work on your progress to improve your posture and reduce tension in your body, taking into account your specific characteristics and needs.
